del.icio.us.770

Recently I began to use del.icio.us. I never found it useful. I usually saved my links in my laptop and it was my only computer to browse and enjoy the web. (My other machines are my “Workstations”) But, when I bought my Nokia 770 I realized I needed some more and I said myself:

You must use those fucking good bookmarks apps!!

. I wanted to get and save my links everywhere. Therefore I signed up in del.icio.us and began to post my first links. I also installed a del.icio.us firefox’s extension to make posting easier. Whatever website I’m interested in was saved into my account. The Nokia 770 doesn’t support those firefox’s extensions and bookmarklets are pointless, therefore I wrote mine.

 

The del.icio.us.770 is a statusbar plugin for Nokia 770 that enables that behavior. It is also a del.icio.us browser to not open opera (it’s actually quite slow) and both apps use a shared C lib. I have to improve it but I’m already a little busy with my work and working on Bloglines 770.
